1. Responsibilities As a MEP Manager, the incumbent shall work with the Project Team to deliver the person in charge role in the realm of all MEP related works in the overall fit-out project. Main duties include but not limit to the followings: 1.1 Lead, manage, coordinate, supervise and monitor all MEP installations on site, subject to client requirements, project specifications, plannings, schedules, budget constraints etc. 1.2 Take up technical supporting and problem solving role; spot, identify and resolve all MEP issues and problems; 1.3 Contracts and records documentation; to maintain complete and accurate records of MEP activities like installation schedules, inspection reports, and change orders etc; 1.4 Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors etc. to ensure effective integration of different MEP systems within the overall project design; 1.5 Conduct regular inspections and monitorings of MEP work to ensure quality standards, regulatory and safety compliance are all met. 1.6 Prepare and update the project plannings and progress reports to ensure all MEP works delivered on schedule. 2. Requirements 2.1 Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; 2.2 Over 15 years of experience in MEP management in the construction industry, highly preferably of the or related to fit-out project; 2.3 Proven track record of the project portfolio; 2.4 Very rich and professional in MEP, including systems design, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards. 2.5 Technically competent to identify and tackle the MEP problems on site 2.6 Excellent leadership, coordination, communication and negotiation skills
