  • 新八佰伴成立於一九九七年,前身為日本八佰伴集團所擁有之八佰伴日式百貨公司,其後由澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之Panda Sociedade de Gestao de Investimentos Limitada 所收購並於一九九七年底將其重新命名為新八佰伴。自此本公司之貨品種類擴展至世界各地之高級產品。

    新八佰伴大樓位於澳門蘇亞利斯博士大馬路90號,於2008年8月8日正式啟用,只需步行幾分鐘即可到達商業區的中心地帶。新八佰伴共分十層,並附設一個220個車位的地庫停車場,擁有員工約一千人。各層主題鮮明,包括化妝品、男女時裝、皮鞋、手袋、童裝、家庭用品、電器、美食廣場及超級市場等等,種類包羅萬有。除此之外,新八佰伴不單在百貨公司內經營,還在路氹經營不同品牌的零售店,如濠尚、上葡京等。

General Manager of Retail Operations

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Position Summary

This role has the overall responsibility for monitoring the day–to-day operations of the Department Store, and all direct and concession retail areas as well as any other retail location(s) operated by our company. This role is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies that meet and exceed the business goals.

Key roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability and retail knowledge. Thorough knowledge of profit and loss statements, key performance indicators, inventory management and forecasting
  • Prepare and review budget plans on a yearly basis and submit monthly updates to the management
  • Ability to create and oversee a strategic and cohesive product line, and to maximize the return-on-investment
  • Identify business opportunities through analysis, market research, sales performance and trends
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining systems and procedures, forecasting, and controlling costs
  • Develop and work with a team to achieve the business goals and to handle all ad-hoc projects/ requirements in an effective manner, appraising the job performances
  • Create strong partnerships with concession vendors to gain a win-win result
  • Develop relationships with corporate partners or sponsors by integrating their exposure on the retail side

Requirements:

  • University graduate with degree in Business Management, Retail Management or relevant disciplines
  • 10+ year's management experience in a Department Store or a sizable retail organization with multi merchandise categories environment is preferred
  • A self-motivated individual with creativity, excellent leadership, negotiation skills, strategic planning and staff development are essential
  • Excellent communications skill with top management to front-line operations team, and external business partners etc.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
