Marketing Supervisor 市場部主管

Our client is a prominent integrated media organization committed to delivering outstanding media content solutions. As their business expands rapidly, they are in search of a dynamic and innovative Marketing Supervisor to enhance their marketing strategies and tackle the challenges of a constantly evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across both online and offline channels to boost brand visibility and drive business growth.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, creating a collaborative and innovative atmosphere to achieve departmental objectives.

  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, utilizing data-driven insights to refine promotional efforts.

  • Establish relevant marketing KPIs that drive performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Work closely with various departments, including sales, content creation, and customer service, to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.

  • Continuously monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to support long-term brand development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on both online and offline marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical and creative skills, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage team members effectively.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, leveraging various media resources to enhance campaigns.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
