Senior Sales Executive-LT Game

Duties may include not limited to:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for our casino gaming equipment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting new clients in the casino and gaming industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Actively stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and regulations in casino gaming equipment and provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and trade shows.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring all customer needs are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats in the gaming equipment sector.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and provide insights to senior management.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the casino gaming equipment or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of casino operations and gaming regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A charismatic and persuasive presenter with a passion for building relationships.
