• Formulate and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Establish, strengthen and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Provide field coaching, guidance and support to junior representatives in relation to call planning, product messaging and sales execution.
• Deliver in depth product presentations and respond to more complex clinical and commercial enquiries from healthcare professionals.
• Lead or coordinate the implementation of marketing programs, new product launches and other strategic initiatives.
• Review and analyse sales data and market trends, prepare regular performance reports and recommend appropriate action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or science related discipline.
• Approximately 3–6 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally with exposure to hospital.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills, with a high level of professional maturity.
• Capability to coach and support junior staff and to manage cross functional coordination.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales reporting systems.
