Responsibility

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for ethical pharmaceutical products in Macau.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product utilization across public hospitals, private clinics, and specialist centers.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular forecasting and reporting to management.
• Lead, coach, and supervise team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional standards.
• Conduct field visits with team members to provide on-the-job training, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify, engage, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product advocacy and clinical adoption.
• Organize and coordinate medical education events, roundtable meetings, and product symposia.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support brand planning and new product launches.

Requirements

• Macau ID holder;
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the ethical/pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key hospital accounts in Macau healthcare systems.
• Experience in oncology, cardiology, CNS, or hospital specialty products is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Macau’s public and private healthcare landscape, including hospital formularies, tendering processes, and prescribing habits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Working hours and holidays:

• 09:00 – 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break;
• 5 days per week;
• Macau SAR government public holidays; 12-15 days of paid annual leave per year.
