Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Job:

This position is accountable for providing quantity surveying services in all cost, financial and contractual matters relating directly to the project assigned so as to ensure maximum financial returns for work executed through securing prompt payments for all work completed.

Requirements:

Certificate or above in Building or Quantity Surveying related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in fitting-out project
Minimum 2 years at supervisory level
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
Station in Macau is required
