Site Manager

The Job:

This position is responsible for implementing the company’s policy laid down by management through the executive function. The jobholder should supervise the execution of all fitting out/ renovation works on site according to contractual drawings and requirements to achieve timely completion of the project within budgeted cost and time and quality requirements. He /she also co-ordinate, supervise and agree work schedules on site with parties concerned to achieve smooth operation and progress of the project.

Requirements:

Certificate or above in building or construction related disciplines
Minimum 9 years' relevant experience, preferably in fitting-out project
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Supervisor
Station in Macau is required
