Property Assistant 物業助理

 Responsibilities
1. Clerical support to both Management and Technical staff.
2. Handle and follow-up complaints and inquiries from the occupants.
3. Ensure all sort of properties are in high level of conditions and prepare the damage reports if found.
4. Prepare Duty Roster.


Requirements
1. Form 6 or above.
2. Experience in relevant is an advantage.
3. Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.
4. Work independently and good communication skills.
5. Possess hands-on experience in MS Office.
6. Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese.
