Water & Electricity Maintenance Worker

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working alongside our team at Heep Wo, we are seeking a water & electricity maintenance worker to support our Building Services Team at our new venue Riverside at Barra.

We offer a competitive salary, double pay at the end of the year, and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

Operations: The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and controlling plant equipment.
Maintenance: The candidate will be required to perform regular on-demand and emergency maintenance tasks.
Engineering Support to Supervisor: The candidate will provide engineering support to the supervisor.
Works Management: The candidate will be responsible for managing building works by external contractors.
Training: The candidate is expected to attend work-related training and career development programs as assigned by the employer.
Company Policies: The candidate will be responsible to abide by and work in accordance to the employer’s policies, procedures, and practices.

General Requirements

High School Graduated
One year or more of relevant experience
Familiar with different systems and characteristics of electrical /mechanical/building services installations.
Responsible, self-motivated & independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of Cantonese
