Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Lead team creating, coordinating and offering training based on specific professional development needs of school—including research, documentation, preparation of facilitators, gathering reflections from facilitators and participants, offering advice, support, and assistance, preparing reports, website content, responding to external inquiries, and promotional efforts. 2. Organize, manage, and facilitate seminars and action research focusing on education as moral empowerment and related lines of action both within the school and externally. 3. Facilitate institutional capacity building efforts within the school. 4. Coordinate, contribute to, and improve quality of specific programs, CCE activities, and events. 5. Formulate and manage yearly budget, produce regular financial reports, and apply for subsidies. 6. Oversee and monitor compliance and alignment—ensuring financial and administrative policies and procedures are compliant with legal, regulatory and organizational needs. 7. Develop and maintain external relationships locally and internationally (e.g. with government bodies, schools, universities, teachers, administrators and students) Requirements: 1. A research-based Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Education, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or similar. 2. At least 5 years of experience as a senior director or serving on a board of an Educational Non-Profit entity. 3. At least 2 to 5 years of legal experience. 4. Significant familiarity with “Moral Empowerment” (or “the Baha’i-inspired educational framework”)—the educational philosophy and approach of the school. 5. Proven ability to write, present and publish original academic research in fields related to moral empowerment. 6. Fluency in English.
