Customer Service Representative/ Officer We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented individual to manage customer interactions and support our internal teams with order coordination and reporting. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the customer service hotline to ensure prompt and professional responses. Coordinate daily customer orders, including placement, preparation, and follow-up. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams. Provide periodic reports and administrative support to senior management. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner. Communicate key departmental updates—including order and inventory status—with divisional teams such as sales and logistics to ensure alignment and transparency. Requirements: Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Highly proactive, well-organized, and forward-thinking. Self-driven and capable of thriving under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in both English and Cantonese. Background or interest in food and food science is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred; however, final-year undergraduates and fresh graduates in Business Administration or related fields are encouraged to apply.
