值班工程師

職務描述
•向工程經理報告每日工作日誌，包括所有在其值班期間所需注意的事項，以及糾正問題所採取的行動。
•帶領技工進行維修保養工作。
•編制每月定期清潔、檢查、保養、維修之工作項目，並確保工程主任和工程技工按
•照計劃進行維護和修理工作。
•負責每日協調及參與／分派所有工單給其下級員工進行工作，並優先處理客人的投訴。
•帶領工程主任和技工進行維修和保養工作。
•確保所有設備是處於合符工程標準下的良好工作狀態
•實施和監測工程質量控制機制，包括健康和安全、維修和維護、服務標準、化學品和工具的使用、設備維護。

職務需求
•中學畢業或以上
•擁有管理團隊能力。
•了解工程有關的活動、工具和設備。包括冷暖空調、電力、消防、排水、供水、BMS、UPS和照明系統。
•能控制各種工程相關系統，如PMS，BMS和AFA等系統優先
•8年或以上相關工作經驗
