Job Description

• Review Group Financial Reporting Packages
• Prepare consolidated accounts to ensure compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards
• Supervise subordinates to prepare the Group Financial Reporting Packages
• Co-ordinate with the Group external auditors to complete the audit;
• Review monthly management accounts
• Supervise subordinates to prepare the management accounts, vouchers, etc.
• Prepare budgets and ad hoc reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Business, Finance or Accounting;
• Minimum of 15 years’ solid experience in management accounting and financial analysis in a medium-sized or large-sized organization;
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent professional certificate is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
