Assistant Officer, Finance

Responsibilities

Prepare weekly Monetary Authority of Macao (AMCM) returns
Prepare bank and other balance sheet accounts reconciliation
Prepare financial reports for Premier Club
Prepare accurate and detailed schedules for BDA’s monthly financial statements
Ensure completeness and compliance with policies and procedures for payment documents
Coordinate with external auditors
Prepare vouchers for both internal and external transactions
Assist with the month-end closing process
Assist supervisor on handling Accounting and Treasury matters
Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity
Ensure that transactions are properly documented with organized supporting materials
Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements

University degree OR with professional qualifications, preferred with major in
accounting/finance
3 years of relevant accounting experiences, with banking experience is an advantage
Proficient in excel, word and other accounting systems
Good command of spoken and written Chinese, and English

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Clerk)
