Job Description / Responsibility

• Provide overall general accounting services to the company with accuracy, monitor major accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proven knowledge on local taxation, create and submit government reports, compile information for internal and external auditors, as required.
• Regular Budgeting, Profit and Loss Analysis / Financial Forecast.
• Attentive to the Terms and Conditions in Contracts.
• Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
• Review and approve invoices, time sheets or overhead cost to be applied to a project.
• Review account totals related to project assets and expenses.Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.

• 能獨立處理英文全盤會計賬目，監控公司賬目，及時記錄應收、應付賬目，以確保賬目的準確性
• 熟悉澳門稅務，能獨立完成相關稅務報表編製
• 定期編製預算、損益及財務預計表
• 參與合同中的條款及條件編製
• 項目相關財務資料的整理及記錄，包括合同資料
• 負債項目的財務，包括工時記及雜費記錄
• 應對項目的收入、支出作出分析及匯報

• University degree majored in Accounting, Business / Finance Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in sizable organizations.
• Construction industry background is a plus
• Proven knowledge of Advanced Excel/Power point/Accounting Software
• Knowledge and experience of SAP system would be a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

• 大學或以上學歷，主修會計、工商或財務管理等相關專業
• 五年或以上會計工作經驗
• 有建築行業財務工作經驗優先
• 熟練使用Excel、PowerPoint及會計軟件
• 具備SAP系統經驗優先
• 具備良好的協調和溝通能力
• 具備良好中、英文書寫及口語能力
