ROLE SUMMARY: The Macau Branch is composed of a newly set up and growing team of professionals actively looking to integrate ambitious candidates to their Team. In particular, the Macau Branch is seeking to have an IT Specialist in its IT Department, who shall report to the Head of IT at the headquarters in Lisbon and locally to the Branch Managers. • The Macau Branch IT Support Specialist will be responsible for executing network and computer-related activities in the Branch, in close coordination with the Lisbon headquarters IT team; • He/she will help determine the IT needs of the Macau Branch and, together with the headquarters’ IT team in Lisbon, be responsible for implementing and supporting network and computer systems to fulfill the Branch’s information system requirements as per global IT policies. KEY REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES: • Providing technical support to end users on incidents and problems related to hardware and software; • Monitoring and troubleshooting virtual server environments; • Assisting in lifecycle management tasks including patching; • Performing profile user account administration duties; • Managing IT assets and inventory; • Coordinating physical and virtual desktop and laptop installation and upgrades. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: • English fluency; • 5+ years in a previous related role (5yrs for senior, 6m to 1y for junior); • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related area; • Qualifications and/or knowledge in Cybersecurity is an advantage; • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and solve complex problems and, when appropriate, escalate or route them to other appropriate IT staff members; • Dynamic and proactive; • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability; • Macau ID holder.
