Position Summary
Key member of the IS&T Solution Development team to manage project portfolios with a key focus on digital technologies and solutions. Works closely with business stakeholders, supporting IS&T Team Members and suppliers to analyze business needs, assess solution options, defined detailed requirements definitions, and architect/develop optimal technology solutions. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in areas such as Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), website design, social platforms, eCommerce and mobile solutions.

Primary Responsibility
- Work on multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) on the adoption of industry best practices and the latest technology trends to support business process improvement initiatives
- Lead the engagement with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with in-house teams, external partners and suppliers to deliver solutions according to specification
- Create and manage project plans and tasks lists for assigned projects
- Communicate with the project team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Provide regular reporting on project progress and resource utilization
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential problems
- Help to manage stakeholder expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years experience in IT consulting or project delivery

- Proven track record of end-to-end full life cycle implementation for digital projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional ability to communicate in English. The ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage.
