Job Description:
• Assist the Senior Retail Operations Manager in managing the team in terms of the execution of daily operations matter and ad hoc requests
• Closely monitor daily operation of the shops and to ensure the operation and fit-out manual are fully complied
• Manage and ensure the retail area is always in good, clean and presentable condition throughout the business trading hour and further coordination with various internal departments or contractors for follow up project
• Conduct introductory pre-opening meeting with Retailers and further coordinate for an excellent and smooth shop grand opening
• Liaise with Retailers and support for all necessary activities e.g. DSSOPT or MGTO inspection, marketing campaign execution
• Effectively managing and monitoring all Retailer’s activities to ensure alignment and partners to serve in the best interest of the mall customer
• Closely monitor the sales performances of each retailer and alert management if there is abnormal sales trend
• Ensure all the terms and conditions stated in the agreements in related to the operation is fully complied
• Support and assist the department head or superiors for further Mall development and marketing research

Job Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail industry
• Experience in Retail or Mall management and Leasing in Macau will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of budgeting & planning
• Good PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
