This role will:

• Facilitate key stakeholders to define strategic priorities, monitor the deliverables & drive business projects to achieve the company’s KPI;
• Lead and drive delivery of company’s agenda, develop and implement company-wide projects
• Coordinate with other business unit to drive deliverables in line with the defined objectives

• Oversee delivery of strategic KPIs and develop opportunities to accelerate achievement.
• Oversee prioritization of all company projects and create higher value delivery by developing stronger business cases and strategic synergies.
• Take a leading role in driving the initiation, development and implementation of company-wide projects that support the company’s strategic and tactical objectives.
• Play a key role in supporting the development of various company plans.
• Take a leading role in providing market intelligence and strategic advice to senior management team on various business topics that span across the organization

• Solid insurance background with sound experience in strategic planning and project management experience
• Strong commercial sense with capability to develop business cases
• In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, IT and strong ability to communicate and influence at all levels
• 10 to 15 years of relevant expertise and passion to drive business performance
• University degree holder, preferably have an advanced degree
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• The role will be based in Macau
