Director, Program Management Office

Job Descriptions:

1. Oversee delivery of strategic KPIs and develop opportunities to accelerate achievement.
監督策略關鍵績效指標的交付並發展及促進實現目標的機會

2. Oversee prioritization of all company projects and create higher value delivery by developing stronger business cases and strategic synergies.
監督所有公司專案的優先級,並透過開發創造强大的業務價值以達至更穩建的業務案例和策略協同效應

3. Take a leading role in driving the initiation, development and implementation of company-wide projects that support the company’s strategic and tactical objectives.
在推動支持公司策略和戰術目標的全公司專案 的啟動、開發和實施方面發揮主導作用

4. Play a key role in supporting the development of various company plans.
在公司各項發展計劃的製定中發揮領導的角色

5. Take a leading role in providing market intelligence and strategic advice to senior management team on various business topics that span across the organization.

Job Requirements:

1 Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

2 Excellent logical writing and verbal communication skills

3 Advanced analytical (financial modelling and statistical analysis) and research skills
