Major Responsibilities:

- As the Chief Operations Officer of Macau Branch to drive end to end banking operations including but not limited to Trade Finance Services, Operation of SWIFT and RTGS and Corporate Loan Administration etc.
- Verify the system opening and maintenance of customers and different types of accounts
- Verify and authorize transactions
- Administer and monitor the processing of loans, including the drawing up of loan documents and the dialoguing with different parties involved during the life of a loan
-Verify and authorize outgoing payment orders issued through SWIFT Alliance
-Run and manage different types of trade finance operations, including but not limited to LCs, invoice financing, advance against receivable, packing loan and bank guarantee
-Define and maintain systems controls and parameters
-Define and review working procedures
-Act as main contact for the various systems set up by AMCM, including but not limited to RTGS, CCAS, FPS and PDC
-Carry out disaster recovery drills organized by AMCM, CEP and the Head Office in Lisbon
-Dialogue with IT Department at Head Office for issues concerning the systems being used in the Branch

Requirements:
-At least 20 years in Banking Operations experience and not less than 8 years as managerial role in the Bank.
-Good command in both English and Chinese, Portuguese is an advantage.
-Excellent interpersonal, hands-on operations experience, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
