Assistant Boutique Manager - Glashutte Original

Key Accountabilities:

To operate and achieve overall profitability goal of the boutique
To achieve sales objective
To monitor expenses within the budgeted amount
To achieve the non-sales objectives in service provision and image presentation in a boutique manner in order to maximize customer satisfaction
To contribute and implement relevant marketing programs to promote awareness of boutique, to convey accurate and correct brand info, and to enhance loyalty
To collect and analyze market intelligence regarding customer comments / complaints
To control and manage optimal inventory

Candidate Profile:

Post-Secondary or above
8 years of experience in related field or luxury retail market
Sales & communications, complaint handling, emails handling
