Responsibilities 1. Selling service and maintenance contracts at required levels to obtain new units on maintenance agreements; 2. Manage and grow assigned territory and business through existing and new accounts by building solid long term relationships, promoting Otis’s products, attending trade shows and marketing events, supporting our local educational efforts, etc.; 3. Achieve annual sales, gross margin and market share targets set by management 4. Ability to formulate and execute packages to customer in order to increase business volume; 5. Supervising, coaching and developing service sales reps Requirements 1. University degree in Business Management or equivalent is a must; 2. At least 8 years of experience in servicing industry with management experience in sales and marketing / business development; 3. Be an aggressive, goal-oriented individual who has demonstrated his/her ability to work independently and efficiently 4. Proficiency in the areas of communication, project management, sales and leadership skills 5. Familiar with Macau and Hong Kong market and able to deal with corporate clients with different culture; 6. Must have experience in brand building exercise for MNC; 7.
