工作職責 (Job Responsibilities)

管理店舖日常運作，包括：銷售、整理貨架、貨品陳列、清潔衛生、盤點貨品、收貨、貨物補充及調配。
Manage daily store operations, including sales, shelf tidying, visual merchandising, cleanliness, inventory counts, receiving goods, and stock replenishment or redistribution.

妥善地處理客戶的查詢及了解需要，向客戶提供優質服務，以及建立穩固的顧客關係。
Handle customer inquiries and needs effectively, deliver high-quality service, and build strong customer relationships.

負責庫存管理、陳列管理等工作。
Take charge of inventory management and store presentation.

收取款項，交付商品，開發票或收據，完成交易手冊。
Process payments, hand over merchandise, issue invoices or receipts, and complete transaction procedures.

為店舖同事提供培訓及指導。
Provide training and guidance to store staff.

工作要求 (Job Requirements)

至少有 2 年或以上零售工作經驗，當中 1 年需任職為店舖管理層。
At least 2 years of retail experience, with 1 year in a store management role.

對客戶服務充滿熱誠，具良好的溝通技巧。
Passionate about customer service with strong communication skills.

適應力強，能處理多項任務及勇於接受挑戰。
Highly adaptable, able to multitask, and eager to take on challenges.

具責任感，積極正面及主動，願意學習，善於團隊合作。
Responsible, positive, proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.

對數字敏感度高，善於數據整合及分析。
Numerical sense with strong analytical and data integration skills.

良好的中文及國語會話能力，英語流利者優先。
Good spoken Cantonese and Mandarin; fluent in English is preferred.
