Responsibilities: Product Buying & Merchandising • Manage the whole buying process, including budget planning and liaising with a well-known sportswear brand. • Build a product assortment that aligns with brand identity and targets customer demographics, ensuring a compelling mix of items across various categories. Sell-through Analysis • Conduct thorough product sell-through analysis to assess performance and inform future buying strategies. • Regular store visits to stay updated on the latest happenings in-store and assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies. Inventory Management • Ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained to minimize overstock and stockouts while maximizing turnover rates. • Allocate merchandise and coordinate with shops and the warehouse to ensure smooth stock replenishment. • Maintain shops’ product refreshment by transferring out markdown items to outlet as a regular practice. Sales Floor Visual Merchandising • Work closely with operations, the visual merchandising team to ensure high-impact displays & maximize sales performance of responsible categories. • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that enhance product presentation and align with brand standards, creating an engaging shopping experience.
