Store Manager 店長( 服裝品牌 )

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

- Manage the sales team & the daily operations of the store
- Assist to evaluate, train and discipline the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
- Acquire new customer database while maintaining a long-term relationship with existing valued customers and generate the majority of the store revenue
- Implement and follow proper visual presentation guidelines to project the brand image and benefit sales through presentation

YOU NEED TO BE...

- At least 8 years’ retail experience of which 3 years in managerial level
- Experience in Luxury Retail or Fashion Industry is preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills; analytical skills and business sense
- Team player and able to communicate well across all levels
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
