Job Description: • Assist in developing and maintaining HR databases, systems, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy • Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and communications for concerned stakeholders • Assist in conducting research and analysis on HR metrics and trends to inform HR strategy and decision making • Support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures • Performs and completes other tasks as assigned in a timely manner Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above in Business, HR Management, Statistics, Data Science, IT or Mathematics is preferred • Any professional certification for Excel, PowerPoint, MS SQL server, Tableau and PowerBI is desirable • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience is highly preferred.
