HR & Administrative Assistant 人事及行政文員

Responsibilities:

Assisting in specific human resources functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefit, payroll & HR report preparation & overseas employee relation
Assisting in monthly payroll calculation and keep all records in a well-organized follow-up system
Maintaining an accurate and updated database of HR information
Provide administrative support including but not limited to general office maintenance, office procurement, warranty arrangement, etc
Responsible for updating and maintaining the personal database
Assist to participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management
At least 1 year relevant working experience
Well versed in Macau Employment Ordinance
Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP)
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Responsible, well-organized and independent
