HR Assistan Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for labor quota and work permit application and renewal
  • Handle the benefits administration regarding staff movement, leave applications, insurance claims, etc
  • Manage the working relationship of assigned employee groups and handle disputes to ensure work effectiveness and good relationship
  • Source, propose and organize the renewal of employees’ benefits and various insurance plans
  • Organize and support staff activities and events
  • Prepare and compile various types of management reports

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience
  • Well versed in Macau Labor law and employment visa application
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Responsible, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
  • Good command in English and Chinese
