HR Assistan Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for labor quota and work permit application and renewal
Handle the benefits administration regarding staff movement, leave applications, insurance claims, etc
Manage the working relationship of assigned employee groups and handle disputes to ensure work effectiveness and good relationship
Source, propose and organize the renewal of employees’ benefits and various insurance plans
Organize and support staff activities and events
Prepare and compile various types of management reports
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years HR experience
Well versed in Macau Labor law and employment visa application
Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsible, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
Good command in English and Chinese
