Job Description This is 2-years renewable contract, Service Provider : Manpower Responsibilities: - Provide full support for Human Resources team but not limited to recruitment, learning & development, employee relationship, and personnel administration, etc. - Organize Company events and employee relations activities - Coordinate internal movement and off-boarding logistics, e.g. prepare letters, forms, data entry and filing etc. - Coordinate learning and development activities, e.g prepare training materials, email coordination etc. - Participate in ad hoc assignments, reports preparing and other administrative duties. Requirements: - Bachelor Degree or above. - With 1 year or above working experience in Human Resources function, preferably in fast-paced MNC or Chinese Organization - With 1 year or above on learning and development is a plus. - Detail-minded, independent, responsible and well-organized. - Sensitive to number and data - Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese/ Mandarin - Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing - Immediate availability is highly preferred - Fresh graduate with strong will to learn will be considered
