Job Responsibilities: • Perform all-round HR duties with specialization in Recruitment & Employee Relations. • Responsible in candidates sourcing and the recruitment process. • Assist to prepare documents for work permit applications. • Organize and participate in recruitment fairs and campus career days. • Manage all administrative duties including HR movements, on-board process, disciplinary actions, and other HR reports. • Execute the employee relations activities including exit interviews, progress disciplinary actions, etc. • Assist in organizing and implementing programs to build and strengthen the employee’s morale and loyalty. • Support other HR ad-hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: • Degree or above holder majoring in Business or HR Management. • At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and ER, with all-round HR experience is a plus. • Positive attitude, outgoing and able to work independently. • Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of employees. • Detailed-minded and has strong team spirit. • Immediate available is an advantage.
