Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all HR functions across Hong Kong and mainland China; • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary offerings; • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent; • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, include job postings, interviews, and onboarding; • Work permit applications; • Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance; • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies; • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Hong Kong and mainland China; • Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on managerial roles; • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and mainland China labor laws; • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
