• To provide Reception counter duties where supporting Recruitment 1. Assist and support candidates to complete a job application form 2. Coordinate with Recruitment team for an interview with the candidate 3. Answer and direct any enquiries from the candidates in person and phone calls • To answer general enquiries over the Reception counter, incoming phone calls and divert to relevant parties for further handling • To receive and arrange incoming mails and documents from Post Office, Couriers, Government Authorities and any third-party Companies • To handle the distribution and record the incoming & outgoing mails and documents in KFC Office • To handle scheduling of Meeting Rooms bookings • To handle and support HR Admin’s office administrative works e.g. handling consumable items and facilities checking onsite
