Short-term Part-time Human Resources Clerk (Hourly Wage: $50/hour)

(Employment Period: December 2025 to May 2026, 5 days per week, Working Hours: 09:15-13:00 & 14:15-18:30)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job posting and advertisement processes, including resume screening, candidate selection, and interview scheduling
  • Handle employee onboarding documentation and procedures
  • Prepare and coordinate career fairs
  • Liaise and coordinate with outsourcing partners
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date human resources information database
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with Macau Labour Law
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Relevant work experience is preferred
