• Install and service the environmental fragrance system that disperses fragrance into desired target areas according to installation and service schedules and requirements 按照安裝與服務時間表及要求，安裝及維護環境香氛系統，確保香氛能有效散佈至指定區域
• Conduct onsite property survey and equipment specification as instructed in the scope of work 按照工作範圍指示，進行現場勘查及設備規格確認
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment installation, basic diagnostics, and repairs on installed equipment as required 依要求對已安裝的設備進行預防性維護、基本診斷及維修
• Prepare and submit technical documents and service case reports 準備並提交技術文件及服務報告
• Handle the maintenance of the return machine and spare part, and manage the inventory 負責維修退回設備與備件，並負責庫存管理
• Handle customer service calls regarding equipment issues and report to the Technical Services Team Leader 處理客戶關於設備問題的詢問，並向技術主管匯報
• Working at heights is required 需高空工作
• Working at shift duty is required, including overnight shift (if required) 需接受輪班工作，包括通宵班（如有需要）
• Work on ad hoc duties as assigned 執行其他臨時指派的工作

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Secondary school graduate or above 中學畢業或以上程度
• Holder of an Electrical Certificate is an advantage 持有電工證書者優先考慮
• Exposure to electrical appliance installation or building maintenance is preferred 具備電器安裝或大廈維修經驗者優先
• Experience in air conditioning or HVAC is a plus 具備空調或HVAC經驗者更佳
• Basic troubleshooting ability 具備基本故障排查能力者優先
• Ability to read and understand simple English technical documents 能閱讀及理解簡單英文技術文件
• Able to communicate in Chinese (Cantonese preferred; Mandarin is an advantage) 能以中文溝通（粵語優先；懂普通話者更佳）
