Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for consumer and market research to drive growth in live streaming traffic.
• Determine the current market positioning of our brand and design its brand strategy.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand message. Establish the brand personality within the company and align the company around the core concept. Lead the marketing team through the initiatives.
• Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, forecast consumer trends, and maintain brand relevance.
• Develop an integrated marketing strategy and key activity plans, execute and monitor the implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 8 years of marketing or brand management experience, with 2 years of experience in sports/athletics/events/market leadership roles. Successful brand-building experience.
• Strong sensitivity to data-driven content and activities, with a keen understanding of the sports/athletics/events market.
• Extensive experiential knowledge (particularly in basketball leagues), sharp market insights, rigorous analytical skills, and excellent crisis management abilities, with a propensity for learning and innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels.
• In-depth understanding of marketing communications and event management.
• Exceptional execution and planning abilities, detail-oriented, and preferably with financial knowledge.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
