Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for user growth and optimization projects, including demand design, promotion strategies, for product delivery based on data results and insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand operational requirements, proactively plan, and design tools to achieve business growth.
• Utilize data resources to build models that can analyze user behavior, thereby maximizing user lifecycle value.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and front-end resources to ensure that necessary functions, quality, and time points are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or higher, 3 years of product management experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in front and end products.
• Experience studying or working abroad is preferred.
• Proficient in using Axure, x-Mind, and other design software, with a strong portfolio of design cases.
• Familiar with user experience research and analysis methods, with a good understanding of internet product concepts and user flow for products, strong ability to analyze data and understand user needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
