Job Title: F&B Supervisor
Location: Macau (City of Dreams)
We are looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor with strong leadership and wine knowledge to support premium dining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service quality
• Manage wine program including inventory, pairing, and cost control
• Train and mentor service staff
• Ensure compliance with service standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in high-end F&B
• Experience in casino or Macau operations is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of wine service and pairing
Language:
• Cantonese / Mandarin and English
