Service Host (客戶服務代表)

職責:
1. 以專業及親切的態度與賓客提供優質服務
2. 負責新會員招募計劃,協助新會員辦理會籍註冊流程
3. 向賓客推廣各項會員優惠資訊及回贈方案,安排獎賞換領事宜

職位要求:
1. 具娛樂場市場業務及客戶服務工作經驗者優先考慮
2. 操流利的廣東話及普通話

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide quality service to guests in a professional and cordial manners
2. Responsible for the new member recruitment plan and assist new members in the membership registration.
3. Promote various member discount information and rebate programs to guests, and arrange reward redemption matters

Competencies And Requirements:
1. Customer service and previous casino marketing experience preferred
2. Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin
