Account Service Manager

Our client, a prominent market leader in event management in Macau, is currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Account Service Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies and plans.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review account status, discuss new opportunities, and address any issues or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years or above with proven experience in account management or client servicing.
  • Fluently in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
