Job Responsibilities: • Always be briefed and updated important information of hotel. • Service provided to all guest must be as courteous as possible and all inquiring must be fulfilled with guest’s satisfaction at the required time. • Reports all guest comments to manager/supervisor for analyze and discussion. • Performance standard must be used at all times in order to project a uniform standard and maintain a notable image of the switchboard. • Ensures all wake up calls are recorded-must be double checked by another Call Center colleague. Standard wake up calls must be checked to ensure that they are answered. Job Requirements: • College level or above. • Ability to work flexible hours. • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese and English with guests, co-workers and managements to their understanding.
