DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Warmly greet every client, deliver exceptional customer service and build quick rapport to ensure a pleasant experience
• Prepare hospitality supplies and services to maintain a welcoming boutique environment
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper presentation of the work station, equipment, and service areas at all times
• Handle internal clerical administration and logistics arrangement, including mail dispatch and product delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
• Passionate in luxury watch and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills
• Client centric, proactive and positive in approach
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure
