Client Service Director - Event and F&B Management客戶服務總監

Our client, a renowned group in the event and F&B sectors in Macau, is actively searching for a Client Service Director to support their business expansion. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their event and F&B management needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and develop strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure that the business needs of key accounts are met.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks that assigned by managements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in event or F&B sectors.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Strong self-motivation and accountability, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a deep understanding of corporate culture and best business practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required to meet client needs.

要求:
  • 學士學位,專業為商業管理、酒店管理或相關領域。
  • 在活動或餐飲行業擁有至少5年的經驗。
  • 流利粵語、普通話和英語。
  • 具有較強的自我激勵和責任感,能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立工作和團隊合作。
  • 優秀的演示技巧,對企業文化和最佳業務實踐有深入的理解。
  • 具備晚上、週末工作和出差的靈活性,以滿足客戶商務需求。
