Contact Center Officer

Primary Responsibilities:
 
  1. Provide efficient and professional customer service to handle inquires, complaints, maintenance and ad hoc service through call, live chat and email
  2. Deliver outstanding service by offering consultative solutions to customer satisfaction across various channels
  3. Collaborate closely with different stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery to customers
  4. Support ad hoc projects to ensure smooth team operations.
  5. Working 9 hours per day with shift rotations between 09:00 – 24:00

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  1. F6 or above
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
  3. Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
  4. A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  5. Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  6. Proficiency in Chinese word processing & MS Office is essential
  7. Excellent service manner, positive thinking and willing to work under pressure are preferred
  8. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
  9. Immediate available is highly preferred
