Digital Banking and Customer Service | Digital Banking and Customer Service Officer

Qualification:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese, knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Flexibility to work on a 7x24 shift schedule.
  • Experience in customer service, call center operations or telemarketing is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit card transaction authorization and confirmation
  • Monitor and address potential fraud risks in real-time.
  • Provide support for Online Banking and mobile App platforms
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/live chats related to banking and credit card services.
  • Respond to customer emails and resolve outward remittance discrepancies.
  • Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to resolve queries and complaints.
