Guest Service Officer (Part-time)

 主要職責：
• 向客戶推廣旅遊塔優惠活動及旅遊資訊；
• 協助迎接VIP客戶及商務團體；
• 協助核對客戶訂單信息；
• 處理客戶投訴及接聽公眾電話咨詢。

職位要求：
• 中學畢業或以上；
• 良好的英語、廣東話和普通話的書寫和口語能力。
