Sales Manager

Our client stands as a prominent frontrunner in corporate service in Macau. As they continue to expand and innovate, they are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.


Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential target markets and develop market entry strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and track the progress of business development activities, providing regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, attending networking events and industry conferences.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Possess 1-2 years’ experiences in business development.
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Proven experience in proactive business development, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
