Our client is an IT Solution Company in Macau. They are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients by presenting our products and services passionately via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Take initiative in sharing comprehensive product knowledge and market insights with target audiences.

• Prepare and provide detailed logistics-related quotations for our offerings, demonstrating attention to detail and ownership.

• Proactively assist management with various tasks, including report preparation, administrative responsibilities, and recording meeting notes.

• Maintain an adaptable and open-minded approach to addressing client needs and feedback.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the IT sector.

• Diploma or higher education, preferably in a related IT field.

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Previous experience in sales support is a plus.

• Must hold a Macau ID.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited or no experience in sales activities within the IT industry will be considered for the Account Executive position.
