Senior Officer / Officer, Customer Service Centre (Cashier Role)

 Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service by handling customer payments and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests during daily face-to-face interactions at the Customer Service Centre, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Cashier role
  • Delivering service and processing information by leveraging operational systems, guidelines, digitalization, and applications to cater to customers' policy-related inquiries, concerns, requests, and payments.
  • Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner to enhance customers’ satisfaction
  • Support leaders to provide refreshment/enrichment training to new staff and offer advice to new and existing staff on case handling through regular case sharing to uplift service standard
  • Communicate and coordinate with different functions/departments to maintain a harmonious relationship to enhance the operation efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handle customer dissatisfaction, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner, and report to supervisor

Job Requirements:
  • University graduate or above
  • Passed IIQE Paper I, III & V
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in handling premium payments and customer enquiries within the insurance or banking industries.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) including Putonghua
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able and enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently under pressure and deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner
  • Driven by a customer-centric and people-focused approach, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Officer
